What is the West End Partnership?

The West End Partnership is a collaboration between four major property developers who have joined together to deliver a dynamic community to the heart of Leeds.
 
The partners will work together to deliver a £1 billion five star business and residential district for the city centre of Leeds.

Who are the partners?

Town Centre Securities, MEPC, BAM Properties, Bruntwood and Leeds City Council.

What will the partnership deliver?

Combined, the partners' schemes will deliver a total of 185,879 sq ft of retail space, 500 apartments and over three million sq ft of commercial and office space in the City's West End.

What area of Leeds does the West End cover?

The West End of Leeds covers a vast area of the City and spans the distance from the Yorkshire Post offices right over to Leeds Train Station as illustrated on the attached map.

Why Leeds?

Leeds is already internationally well regarded as a financial and legal centre and each developer in the partnership recognises the huge potential of the city as a major European business district.
