The West End Partnership is the coming together of four developers committed to creating a dynamic community in the West End of Leeds.
 
The West End Partnership will deliver over £1billion of development in the city

The development of West End Leeds is a collaboration between Leeds City Council and the developers to create a five star business district for the City.
 
The newly developed West End of Leeds will feature a high level of public space and boast:
 
185,879 sq ft of retail space
500 apartments
Over three million sq ft of commercial and office space
 
Key developments include:
West One, Bruntwood: 100,000 sq ft of offices
Latitude, BAM Properties: 608,143 sq ft of commercial space plus 620 apartments
Wellington Place, MEPC: 3,000,000 sq ft of mixed use space
Whitehall Riverside, Town Centre Securities: 1,000,000 sq ft of mixed use space

Latitude Red: 150,000 sq ft
2 Wellington Place: 87,000 sq ft
No.1 Whitehall Riverside: 127,000 sq ft
